Meet Jan D. Tornga, Owner and Auctioneer of Prosperity Real Estate Auction Co., LLC.

MISSION STATEMENT

The intent of Prosperity Real Estate Auction Co. LLC is to work for the "seller." The auction process will be conducted within the parameters of state laws along with my auction contract.

My commitment to all auction clients will be to serve you with honesty, dedication, integrity, due diligence, experience and education.

I completed my auction school in 1985 at the Missouri Auction School, Kansas City, Missouri and received my auction certification. 1985, I attended Holloway's Real Estate School, Lansing, Michigan and received my State of Michigan Real Estate Salesperson's license. Presently, I am a real estate sales associate with McTigue and Associates Realty in Cement City, Michigan. Previous experience, in addition to my real estate auctions include five years of household and antique auctions. I co-owned and operated an antique mall which adds to these skills during that same five year period.
